When youth begin to move ~faster than walking~ there are a number of safety concerns that appear.

  • The need to move in a clear open space.
  • Learn how to avoid other people, if in area.
  • Look ahead where you are moving: ground, objects, people.
  • Know HOW to STOP!
    • Body control demands attention and focus. These are life skills for youth. Gaining control of these abilities gives a confidence that builds confidence.
