We all realize that PLAY is the work of children. Get your kids to work as they PLAY! Our learning never ends. Kids learning never ends.

Think of these lessons as parts of preschool physical education.
Practicing these lessons will improve many aspects of childhood health.

With the first series of exercises and drills, you will be able to guide your child in their development of their balance and posture.


 SKILL  DEVELOPMENT  Tasks:       Part 2    MOVING SKILLS 

Do the RIGHT Moves! Moving Skills Mastery

Moving Skills build a foundation for movement. Add some good alignment awareness and you will hear you child shout: "I Can Do That!".

With the first series of exercises and drills, you will be able to guide your child in their development of their balance and posture.

Go! Stop! Go! ~ Controlling the Body in Motion

Body in Motion Using good posture, perceptual skills and coordination to start actions with the body as well as arrest motion efficiently.

Up and Over! ~ Supporting the Body And Getting OFF the Ground!

With the locomotor skills: hop, jump, leap and skipping, the child will learn to get off the ground with coordinated body action.
